After Chelsea’s defeat to Everton at the weekend, we saw our usual litany of excuses.
The players were blamed for being rubbish, the manager asked for more players, the people who are in charge of buying players are criticised for doing such a bad job, and the ownership for appointing those people.
As Shaka Hislop quite rightly asked on ESPN, who will actually take responsibility for what’s going on? There are plenty of people to spread the blame between, and plenty of well worn excuses for why things are going so wrong.
Does that mean nobody deserves blame? Or simply that nobody wants to take it?

The manager his responsible to make the team win .he needs to adopt tactical awareness to supplement motivation and toughness and technically to transform the team weekend week out games . His tactics is to open to be counter , he has no solid defence. His tactics is offensive which cause the team losing . His two central midfield needs help. Not tough . Enzo is excellent but no pace caceido his casual. They need a solid DCM alongside those two . And he has to change his tactics to make his opposition baffles. Its time for him to bench Gallagher and play much more skills player to create and score goals. Player’s should track back to help in defense in any position. Chelsea FC should learn to play one touch football besides dribbling. They need to be compact in defence. While Lavia is out maatsen should be in than Gallagher. Or play Palmer in Central Midfield to help Enzo for play making .then play mudryk noni and Washington to lead the attack . Give Washington regular playing time, he will learn and progress his football IQ . Jackson / Broja not good enough . They have pace but not clever to unlock defence . Poch tactics isn’t world class . Mourinho Conte tuchel way far from him . His selection is not balance . The owner should give the manager a call what player’s he needs to strengthen the squad . The full back are prone to injury most of the players. That’s one of the causes of weaken the team . Keep Silva for another year and give him the armband . God bless on your next game.
