Djordje Petrovic’s emergence as a good first choice goalkeeper for Chelsea has been a real positive of recent weeks.
He spoke to the Chelsea TV cameras after the game on Friday, reflecting his accomplishment as most observers’ man of the match. He said “I can’t believe it’s ten games already.”
He’s still understandably a little shy, but the important thing is that he looks confident and assured between the posts. If he keeps improving, we may have a real gem on our hands.
