The Blues enjoyed a 2-1 win over Stoke on Saturday to leave themselves seven points clear at the top of the Premier League table, with one game in hand over the remaining title contenders.
Arsenal and Manchester United are seven and eight points behind Chelsea respectively.
And Willian has called on Chelsea to remain professional and to complete the job at hand.
We have to continue to be strong and concentrate and we have to get points game by game
“I think we played very well [against Stoke], we have confidence and possession and we have to continue in the same way,” Willian told the club’s official website.
We have to continue to be strong and concentrate and we have to get points game by game and this is the way.
“Now we have to stay focused and stay strong because there are difficult games coming and we have to prepare.”
Chelsea are looking to win their first title since 2010, when they enjoyed a successful double under the reign of Carlo Ancelotti, breaking the total league points record in doing so.
If the Blues win at Loftus Road on Sunday, they will only need to win their remaining home games to bring the title back to Stamford Bridge this season; although the home games include Manchester United and Liverpool, with a difficult trip to the Emirates in between.
However, United and Arsenal are continuing their pressure on the league leaders, both securing vital and comfortable wins on the weekend.
Chelsea’s remaining fixtures are as follows:
QPR (A) – Sun Apr 12th
Man Utd (H) – Sat Apr 18th
Arsenal (A) – Sun Apr 26th
Leicester (A) – Wed Apr 29th (Game in hand)

Liverpool (H) – Sun May 10th
