Today Josè Mourinho was speaking to the press for his Champions League pre-match press conference for the match at Stamford Bridge against Dynamo Keiv which will be played on Wednesday 4th October at 19:45 (GMT).
Mourinho belives that Chelsea FC will qualify from our Champions League group and to be able to do so we must not lose our Champions League fixture against Dynamo Kiev.
I think Chelsea will finish first in this group. If we don’t finish first we’ll finish second. I am completely convinced we are going to qualify and I think in first.
The game tommorow is not even a game we have to win. We would qualify with a draw tommorow and two victories in the last two matched because Dynamo have to play against Porto and both cannot win the same game.
The match tommorow is not a must win, it’s a must not lose. Our situation in the Champions League is not phenomenal but it’s an absolutely normal situation. We have an important game tommorow but I repeat it’s not a game we have to win, like a knockout match. I am convinced we can finish first, and if not first, second.
