The Chelsea manager appears to be fed up trying to motivate his players to pull them up from the bottom half of the Premier League table. The team have had the worst ever start of the season as defending champions sitting in 15th place with 15 points in as many games.
In an interview Josè Mourinho said.
Last year he [Cesc Fabregas] had a huge responsibility for the quality of our team, he was fundamental. This season he is at the same level as the team and it is difficult to play especially well.
If you go player-by-player, last season – Branislav Ivanovic, Gary Cahill, John Terry – you could say were fantastic. This season it is more difficult to say this player is being magnificent.
