AS Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan has confirmed that talks between the Italian side and Chelsea are underway over his proposed move to Stamford Bridge this summer.
The Belgium international is emerged as one of Antonio Conte’s main transfer targets ahead of his squad rebuilding plans following the Blues’ horrendous title defending season.

Nainggolan didn’t only confirm the negotiations were underway, but also expressed to be excited whether the deal will be sealed and his move to West London officially confirmed, GianlucaDiMarzio.com reports.
There has been contact between the clubs, but they have to find an agreement before I speak to [Chelsea].
It would be very hard to leave Italy after 11 years , I am happy at Roma. Chelsea is a great club and they want to improve their squad.
With Conte, they have a manager who has always wanted to sign me. Let’s see if a deal (between the clubs) can be made, only then will there be an official transfer.
The 28-year-old, who has spent his entire career in Italy, hasn’t ruled out a move to Chelsea, which really gives the move a huge boost for it to happen.
