Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen has issued a warning to Antonio Conte, demanding first-team football after Chelsea rejected his permanent move to Borussia Mönchengladbach this week, Daily Star reports.
The Denmark international has impressed during his two loan spells with the Bundesliga side, as he helped the team to achieve the Champions League qualification finishing fourth in the league.

Mönchengladbach were ready to break the bank and submit a transfer-record bid of £14.2million for the 20-year-old, but Chelsea reportedly turned down the offer.
Chelsea rate Christensen a lot but were warned by the player that he’s not going to return to Stamford Bridge just to sit on the bench.
The main thing is, to play. That’s the main thing that I want for my future.
It is all about playing football and that’s it. Playing at Chelsea is an ambition of mine, to play over there in the first team but right now I am not thinking about the future.

Christensen is also going to spend next season on loan at Borussia Mönchengadbach, but doesn’t rule out playing for Chelsea once the next season is finished.
I am not thinking about Chelsea and what they are doing and what I am doing. I am focusing on what Borussia is doing.
I am just really looking forward to playing games and hopefully qualifying for the group stages of the Champions League.

During his time in Mönchengladbach Christensen has proved himself to be a key-member for the club, making 39 appearances in the Bundesliga outfit and scoring three times.
