The Spain international is reportedly angling for a move back to La Liga, as Chelsea are offering him to both Valencia and Atletico Madrid.
Diego Simeone’s Madrid are not in the best type of relationship with Chelsea, but Valencia on the other hand are showing major interest.
Chelsea signed the 29-year-old from Barcelona last summer for £21.4m and want to receive a matching fee from his upcoming transfer should he force a move away from the club.
Valencia, who were keen to sign the versatile forward already in 2015, stand in the financial role of affording to pay Pedro’s transfer fee, while his salary could be too ample to handle at the moment.
On his first season for The Blues, Pedro scored seven goals and assisted three as he made 29 outings in the Premier League for the club.
