Paris Saint-Germain center-back Thiago Silva’s agent Paulo Tonietto has spoken to Sport Witness about his client’s possible move to Chelsea next summer.
The 32-year-old is reportedly not planning to stay at the Ligue 1 side over this season, as he prepares to choose a club from the Premier League, where interest in him is on high levels.
Silva is regarded as one of the best center-halves in the world, and as he’s on the last year of his contract with PSG, many clubs are linked with a move for the player.
According to Tonietto, anything is possible if Unai Emery’s side fail to qualify for next season’s Champions League campaign, but confirms that no talks over a contract extension are currently going on.
