Barcelona are reportedly planning a bid in the region of £20m for Borussia Monchengladbach center-back Andreas Christensen, The Sun reports.
The Denmark international is currently away on loan from Chelsea, but following his great form with the Bundesliga side, the Blues will have to put on a real fight to re-land him.

Barcelona have emerged as yet another big club from Europe interested in Christensen, as he impressed in the Champions League match between M’Gladbach and the Catalans two weeks ago.
The La Liga side see Christensen as a perfect fit to their defensive ranks and as a long-term replacement for Spain international Gerard Pique.
Christensen was also linked with an early return to Stamford Bridge after Antonio Conte seemed to run out of defensive options earlier this season, but it’s unlikely that he’ll be returning to West London any earlier than next summer.

Barcelona though could be scheduling a transfer for the 20-year-old already in January, but a move is more probable at the end of the summer.
Borussia M’Gladbach are also hoping to sign Christensen on permanent basis, but that would require a club record bid from them to confirm such deal.
