Chelsea midfielder Oscar has confirmed that his staggering £52m January move to Chinese club Shanghai SIPG is “90% certain”.
The Brazilian, who now looks to become the next player to leave Stamford Bridge for Chinese Super League after Ramires, has fallen out on Antonio Conte’s pecking order and is yet to start a game since Chelsea’s 2-1 loss to Liverpool in September.
Yesterday the news about his possible transfer came up, and now he has confirmed that the deal will be going on.
It’s 90 per cent certain. It just depends on a few bureaucratic details.

Oscar will be joining his fellow international Hulk, who earns around £320,000-a-week at Shanghai SIPG, and Chelsea’s former manager Andre Villas-Boas, who recently started managing the side ahead of their new campaign and pre-season starting in January.
The 25-year-old hasn’t been used much by Antonio Conte this season, so to see him go doesn’t feel that big of a loss, and with such money in the exchange it can only be count down as some brilliant piece of business by the Blues.
