Chelsea are amongst the clubs looking to sign Anderlecht midfielder Youri Tielemans this summer.
The 19 year old is one of the hottest properties in world football and has had major clubs chasing him since breaking into the Anderlecht first team at just 16.
Since then the central midfielder has continued to develop, and this season has netted an astonishing 18 goals and 11 assists in just 43 appearances.
It’s no surprise then that most of Europe’s top clubs are after him, with the Sun mentioning PSG, Marseille and Liverpool amongst the other suitors.
It is AS Monaco who lead the way however, with the success of youngsters like Bernardo Silva and Kylian Mbappe encouraging Tielemans that he will be able to continue his development properly there, rather than warm the bench at Stamford Bridge.
While we would love to see him in blue, it’s hard to argue with that logic when you see the success that Monaco are having this year.
