Thibaut Courtois tells how Chelsea can win the title this season

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has explained the one thing that can guide the Blues to the Premier League title.

Antonio Conte’s men will be facing Manchester United away this Sunday, as Chelsea will be targeting their third victory over their ex-manager Jose Mourinho and his Red Devils.

The West London side also have an FA Cup semi-final against their closest title rivals Tottenham to play for this month, but securing the title will be their number one target as there are just seven games left to be played.

The Blues have a healthy seven-point lead at the top of the table at the moment, but losing the ‘hunger of winning’ could turn things upside down very quickly according to the Belgian shot stopper.

“A lot of players have the will to win, but sometimes if winning becomes a habit, the hunger might drop and you will lose some games.

I always try to have that hunger in training, to become better and to win.

But it’s always nice to have a manager who keeps the players at the level they need to have, who keeps our focus and doesn’t allow us to drop our guard.

That’s a good thing, that’s how you can win the League.”
