Chelsea executives have reportedly met with one of Serie A’s biggest prospect Atalanta midfielder Franck Kessie’s agent, Calcio Mercato reports.
The 20-year-old has proved to be one of the most complete centre-midfielders in the Italy top-flight this season and has a huge bunch of European top clubs circling his situation at La Dea.

AS Roma are tipped as the favourites to sign the Ivory Coast international but they won’t be able to sign the wonderkid midfielder without a competition from the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.
Roma have reached an agreement with Atalanta over the player’s transfer fee – reportedly around €28m – but are yet to clinch an agreement with Kessie’s agent George Ataganta, who has now met with the Blues executives in London.
Antonio Conte is a huge admirer of the former Cesena star and could be prepared to offer more than Roma in hope of landing the young international star.
