Chelsea are apparently going to “invest heavily” in their squad this summer, with “at least two world class players” joining Antonio Conte’s team.
This should be enough to convince their jewel in the crown that he is better off staying put and taking the next step with the London team rather than trying his luck in Madrid this summer.
