Chelsea cruised into a tight 1-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns on Friday and secured the Premier League 2016/17 victory with those three points.
The Blues needed one win from their last three games to clinch the trophy, and despite the upcoming two home games, all players were determined to win the title right away when possible!

The game was goalless and in Chelsea’s constant possession all the way until the 82th minute, when Michy Batshuayi – who replaced Eden Hazard from the bench on the 75th minute mark – stepped up to tap in a rare goal for the side (only his second in the league this season), but the most important one he’s ever scored in his entire career!
The fans loved it, how an outcast like him was the man of the moment, the one to win the fifth Premier League title for the club, and the reactions on Twitter were priceless!
