Revealed: The details in the Chelsea proposal that will convince Napoli to firm up negotiations for Sarri

Chelsea are set to announce Maurizio Sarri as their new manager on Tuesday if reports from Italy are to be believed but the some more details of the deal have been revealed that may have persuaded Napoli into sealing the deal.

There have been a few issues to deal with, via the Express, including the €8m release clause which expired on May 31, that Chelsea failed to pay Napoli in order to hire the Italian manager. Now Sarri is in limbo after his side brought in former Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint Germain tactician, Carlo Ancelotti to lead the Serie A runners up next season.

Chelsea have to act fast this summer and according to Italian journalist Alfred Pedullà via Football Italia, Tuesday could be that day. Chelsea will offer David Luiz in exchange for the deal while demanding for right back Elseid Hysaj who has a €50m release clause in his contract, although he claims as part of the deal Chelsea will hope to negotiate for a reduction in his fee.

Chelsea will offer Sarri a three-year deal to bring him in to Stamford Bridge.
