Cezar Azpilicueta posted a picture of himself at Chelsea’s training complex, Cobham, with three other 2012 Champions League winners.
Flanking him were Gary Cahill, David Luiz, and surprise visitor to the Cobham training base, former Chelsea coach and 2012 Champions League winner Roberto Di Matteo. It was under Di Matteo’s reign at Chelsea that the Blues signed Azpilicueta, who would go on to become one of the best defenders in the club’s history, but he arrived the summer after Chelsea won the UEFA Champions League.
With only emojis as his caption, Azpilicueta looked happy to have his former manager back at the club.
