Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has outlined how his side can fly their way to the Premier League title this season, and it involves help from Liverpool and Manchester City.
The Premier League has grown in stature and has become one of the biggest challenges in recent times after six top clubs all have a chance of lifting the trophy. Manchester City are the defending champions and are playing good football this season too.
Liverpool were there and about last season and could repeat the trick of outlasting most of their competitors this campaign too. But despite the fine football Maurizio Sarri has introduced at Stamford Bridge, the country seems to think Chelsea cannot match the firepower of their rivals this season and have not talked them up as much as the other clubs have been.
But all this is good new for Hazard who thinks his Blues teammates can fly under the radar and sweep the title from underneath their rivals by the end of the season.
“We are a little bit in the shadow. That is good. We just try to do our job, win games and then we will see. Of course, I believe we can challenge, especially in the Premier League, as you never know what is going to happen.
We want to be champions, even if we know it is going to be hard because City, Liverpool and Tottenham are very strong. We will see at the end but we want to be on the top.”
