Chelsea have attracted some top names in world football in the past, but never has there really been a top three player marquee signing at the club. The Blues have been listed among two favorites to sign Neymar if he decides to move permanently to London, a city a source close to him revealed, is very special to the Brazil star.
Neymar, currently the world’s most expensive footballer in history moved from Barcelona to Paris Saint Germain for £200 million last summer but there has already been talk about a possible departure from the Parc de Princes with Real Madrid the most talked about destination for the former Barcelona star.
