When Eden Hazard made the comments that he did not enjoy playing against Manchester City last season after Antonio Conte set up defensively against the best-attacking team on the land, very few could have predicted it would all change within a year at Chelsea.
#Hazard on that #mcfc game and performance by #cfc: "When you leave the pitch you have the impression that you’ve ran, but that you haven’t played a game of football. That’s a pity. We could have played on for three hours and I wouldn’t touch a ball."

The kind of football the Blues play these days is the type we have come to expect of Arsenal or dare I say Barcelona in recent years. High pressing football, accompanied with a brilliant ability to keep the ball for the majority of the game means attackers like Hazard will have a great feel of the ball, unlike under Conte.
Maurizio Sarri has changed this side to devastating effect and it looks as though Chelsea are already looking forward to seeing the best of their best players this season, Hazard chief among them.
The Belgium international has contributed to four goals this season for Chelsea and at international level, he has scored two goals in two games. All these in his first six games of the season without starting all of them.
Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur points out how consistent Hazard has been over the months.
