What N’Golo Kante brings on board the France team is immense and almost unmatched by any of his teammates at international level, and that was seen in his masterclass at the 2018 World Cup.
But what many have not come fully appreciated yet, is the diminutive stature that makes him one of the shortest in international football. In the France team, he certainly takes that title without challenge.
While the Les Bleus celebrated with their home supporters after their victory against the Netherlands last weekend, Kante stood behind the circled-team as they wrapped their arms around each other’s neck, and that’s where you see Kante’s real height compared with the rest of the French players.
