“It doesn’t look great” – Mauricio Pochettino reveals another key player could miss Chelsea clash

Chelsea are a side struggling for goals and points at the moment and in their Carabao Cup semi-final second leg against Tottenham, they will hope the absence of key Spurs stars will allow them to rediscover their lost form.

Dele Alli is definitely one of the best players and contributors to Mauricio Pochettino’s side and missing the game will create a minor problem for the North Londoners. He walked out of his side’s Premier League win over Fulham on Sunday, with the Telegraph indicating he may have picked up a hamstring injury.

Via, Bleacher Report, Pochettino told reporters Alli had to be assessed but admitted the injury ‘doesn’t look great’. That effectively rules him out of the game to be played four days after the Fulham win.

He joins Harry Kane in the physio room while Heung Min Son will also miss the midweek fixture as he joins South Korea in this year’s Asia Cup.
