Chelsea’s new signing Gonzalo Higuain was offered the opportunity to take the penalty against Sheffield Wednesday in the FA Cup on Sunday.
After Cesar Azpilicueta was fouled in the box in the first half, Willian took the ball as the main penalty taker in the team besides Eden Hazard, but walked to Higuain to offer him the chance to score his first goal for the club. The Argentina international rejected the overture.
