Chelsea have a rich history of Italians passing through their dugout and leaving mostly in bitter circumstances. In recent times, the Blues have hired and fired three of them so far and that is why they will miss the opportunity to land their next target according to the Sun.
The Blues are chasing after Juventus’ tactician Massimiliano Allegri who is keen to leave the Turin giants at the end of this season. Allgeri has won five Italian Serie A titles in his time at the club but with the pressure to win the UEFA Champions League mounting on him, the 51-year old could be replaced by Zinedine Zidane.

The former Real Madrid manager who has drawn interest from Chelsea is a top target for Juventus. Should he sign for the Bianconeri, Allegri may not move to London if he prefers to rejoin his former side Inter Milan.
The reports by the Sun says it is the manner in which Chelsea parted ways with Claudio Ranieri, Carlo Ancelotti, and Antonio Conte that deters Allgeri from considering a move to the Premier League.
