Chelsea’s first January transfer Christian Pulisic has won more Chelsea hearts to himself after recording a landmark in United States of America’s international friendly against Chile on Tuesday.
The 20-year old is Stamford Bridge-bound next summer after a deal was announced earlier this year. The deal specified that he would spend the rest of the season at Borussia Dortmund before moving to Chelsea when the campaign ends. His impact in the Bundesliga this season, however, has been subdued by the emergence of Jadon Sancho in the German title chasers’ side.
But some of his feats will still keep Chelsea fans on the edge of their seats until the summer window allows the winger to join the club. He scored the in USA’s 1-1 draw with Chile and became the youngest player to hit 10 goals for the USMNT.
The feat was celebrated on social media by Chelsea fans who loved watching him in action, and kept drooling about what the third most expensive player in their history will bring to the club.
