Rumors linking Willian to Barcelona just simply will not go away and the Telegraph say the La Liga giants are considering making him a priority capture next summer.
Willian was the subject of major bids from the Spain giants last year but the offers were all rejected by Chelsea who considered him a key player to help Maurizio Sarri jet off well in his career in London. However, after about eight months, have doubts around Willian intensified?

The Blues are facing a summer transfer hustle with FIFA imposing a ban on registering new players and it remains to be seen if they will be willing to let him go in the coming window. Barcelona still hold Willian in high esteem but will seek to land him on a cut-price deal after this season according to the Telegraph.
The 30-year old has had a decent season scoring eight goals and registering 14 assists in all competitions, but the club fans seem discontented at his displays and have possibly even asked for Callum Hudson-Odoi to be injected into the starting line up ahead of Willian.
It will be senseless to sell Willian with the impending transfer ban and the fact that Eden Hazard may leave to Real Madrid. Christian Pulisic will come in from Borussia Dortmund but squad depth is key to success in the four competitions the Blues will play in.
