Video: Chelsea legend John Terry at the forefront as tempers flare in chaos at Elland Road

Chaos erupted at Elland Road on Sunday afternoon, which led to Chelsea legend John Terry being involved in a heated debate with Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa.

It’s good to see that our former captain hasn’t lost his vocal side!

It all kicked off between the two sets of players because Leeds found the back of the net after Aston Villa had stopped playing to allow an injured player to receive treatment.

After a mass on-field brawl, Leeds allowed Villa to walk the ball up the pitch and score a goal unopposed. It was a show of sportsmanship from a side not renown for it.

Tensions didn’t ease on the touchline after Villa got the equaliser, though. The camera cut to the technical area, where JT and Bielsa were mouthing off at each other have a look at this.

The Championship is an utterly bonkers division, as Terry will have discovered this season.

Terry’s former teammate, Frank Lampard, may well be set to face Leeds in the playoff semi-finals, so this ought to give Lamps some added motivation ahead of that one.
