Cesar Azpilicueta has revealed that Chelsea are hoping to spoil Arsenal’s Europa League victory parade plans by winning the competition tonight.
Arsenal have already prepared plans in advance in case they are able to bring the Europa League trophy home from Baku tonight.

Chelsea have no such plans to hold a victory parade, with this game evidently meaning more to Arsenal than it does to us.
Arsenal have not won a European trophy since the 90s, while Chelsea have won two since the turn of the decade.
We have also already ensured our Champions League qualification, with Arsenal needing a win tonight to get back into the competition.
While there’s undoubtedly more riding on this for Arsenal than for us, captain Cesar Azpilicueta is insistent that the players are hungry to win.
He’s quoted by Football London revealing his desire to ruin Arsenal’s parade plans:
“They have to plan for this. Hopefully we can ruin it. Our job is to play the game and win the trophy. We didn’t plan a parade, but that doesn’t mean we’re not hungry and determined to win the trophy.”
“We’ll go with everything, the last game of a long season. When you have a trophy to play for, you get energy from everywhere. Hopefully we can get our hands on it.”
Azpi clearly understands the rivalry between the two clubs and the significance of this game to the supporters.
Let’s hope it’s him with his hands on the trophy later tonight.
