David Luiz is in negotiations with Arsenal ahead of the completion of his deadline day transfer from Chelsea, according to Telegraph reporter Matt Law.
Law was one of the first to break the news of Luiz’s proposed switch to the Emirates, which will have raised eyebrows across the footballing world.
The Brazilian was supposed to be one of Chelsea’s most adored and respected, but those emotions clearly were unrequited, with Luiz stabbing us in the back.
Thankfully, the disruptive character will not be here much longer. Law report’s that after a fee was agreed, Luiz is now directly negotiating with Arsenal over the move.
Chelsea have agreed to sell David Luiz to Arsenal. Fee should reach £8million. Luiz now negotiating with Arsenal and move should be completed fairly quickly.

It’s going to take some time for the dust to settle on this one, with an explanation from either Luiz himself or Chelsea manager Frank Lampard much craved.
Chelsea are set to lose one of their most experienced players without the possibility of replacing him, though. It’s difficult not to be concerned by that.
