Two Chelsea players have been nominated for the Player of the Month award for the Premier League in March.
Kai Havertz is in brilliant form and should probably win the award outright. He scored in all 3 Premier League games in March, including a brace in the game against Burnley.
He also picked up an assist for Mason Mount in the game against Norwich.
The other nominee is Trevoh Chalobah, who was cast back into action last month after continued problems for Reece James and absences for Cesar Azpilicueta, and played every minute of all 3 games last month.
The defender scored against Norwich and helped the team to two clean sheets in March, as well as picking up an assist when he set up James in his brief return to the team. Some fans have actually been critical of his level in a couple of those games, but those in charge at the Premier League clearly don’t agree.
