We’re only twenty minutes in to today’s game against Southampton, and Mason Mount has already got a goal and an assist.
The midfielder has been racking up impressive numbers in recent weeks, and he’s kept it up today with a beautiful strike from the edge of the box to add to the lovely flicked assist he pulled off earlier.
The midfielder is now up to 9 goals and assists in his last 17 games in the Premier League. That’s a superb return, and given he has actually been a little out of form at times, we know he can do even better.
