In defence, Chelsea have lost two first team players on free transfers already this summer, opening up obvious gaps to be filled by new signings.
But that’s not the case further forward. Successive summers of signing average players have left the squad bloated in those positions, while simultaneously in need of improvement – not a situation you want to be in.
The Telegraph today report that Thomas Tuchel’s team is open to offers on most of these guys, if only to clear space to roll the dice again on new faces.
Romelu Lukaku is desperately trying to engineer a move to Inter Milan, but he’s not the only one on the exit ramp.
The piece also claims that the Blues will listen to offers for Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic.
Frankly, we reckon they would shift all three if they had the right offers, leaving Tuchel with a blank slate to totally revolutionise the team’s attack.

Chelsea are going to strengthen their attacking. I believe they will be the best team in epl.
These 3 attackers to my view of point, Hakim Ziyech should be left out, cos we will regret selling him as the way Sallah goes
This guy need much playing time on the pitch, we all knows who he was before Lampard bought him, but is a pity that every coach with his choice come on blues think
Timo Werner too should be treated the same
This is true
Ziyech, is a very lightweight for premier league.
not consistent.
I think Timo should stay. His speed will help us alot. He’s always a calamity to the opponents defense. I like him
Hakim ziyech is one we need to keep
Hakim ziyech should stay in the field,,he needs more time to play,,he is a very good guy
Hakim Ziyech should stay at Chelsea he has much to bring to the team
If Ziyech and Werner are able to get as much time as given Mount and Abraham despite their mediocrity that time, they would have appeared irreplaceable now, or at least rate them as you rate Mount now. The longer a player sits on the bench, with no or little minutes given, the more he deteriorates. Despite Werner’s performance in his first 3 matches at Chelsea, he was consigned to the bench for long until he was later deployed out of position to give room for Abraham despite his below average performances then. Chelsea FC destroyed Werner’s career, who’s now being blamed for the then manager’s fault
I’m afraid to say we made a mistake with de Brynn to man city don’t with Timo Werner ,he will come good
Pulisic should be kept even though he gets injured a lot he is still a quality player
Hakim zyech should stay at the pitch that’s sallah future completely he just needs time
I think that the only person who should leave is Timo. Pulisic and Ziyech need more game time to hit their peak.
