Chelsea have been working on summer targets and are doing it off the back of what manager Thomas Tuchel wants.
He has reportedly been given the reigns to pursue targets that he wants this summer by the new owners, who want to fully back the German coach in their first summer in charge at the club.

This might mean that we will probably see some Tuchel-type players arrive at the club this summer, could one of those be PSG defender Presnel Kimpembe, who was managed by Tuchel at PSG and is ‘really liked’ by the Blues boss?
According to transfer insider Dean Jones, he is ‘one to watch our for’ this summer and could be an ‘interesting’ potential deal that bubbles up over the next few weeks.
Jones says that Tuchel is a big fan of the centre-back, and we all know how desperately Chelsea need to sign new defenders this summer.
Jones told Give Me Sport: “Tuchel really likes him and he’s made it clear to the recruiters that that’s the case. And Tuchel is getting special permission this summer to go and get the players he likes, so probably one to watch out for at this moment in time just in case – an interesting one.”
