Last night saw a really convincing wave of rumours connecting Armando Broja to West Ham, and today we’ve seen some follow up stories concerning the young striker’s feelings about a move.
Ryan Taylor’s column in the Daily Express claims that the forward would be very open to a move to the Hammers, having had a taste of regular Premier League football last season with Southampton.
But Taylor keeps his options open, by following up saying that Broja would also be open to staying at Chelsea.
The Hammers offer is reported to be “in the region of €25m to €30m,” which would likely be enough to convince Chelsea to sell.
Offers from abroad – including from Napoli – are likely to interest Broja too as he looks to continue his climb up the ranks of football.
Given Romelu Lukaku is about to leave Chelsea, his chance to shine at Stamford Bridge might come sooner rather than later.
