What Armando Broja wants promised at any club he moves to

There are a few active Chelsea transfer stories going on, and the last couple of days have seen Armando Broja muscle his way onto the front pages.

West Ham have now been linked with the striker, who was previously getting a lot of attention from Serie A. Southampton long seem to have given up on keeping him permanently.

Nizaar Kinsella has today done a piece on Goal.com summing up Broja’s situation, and his chances of staying at Chelsea.

He points out that the Albania forward’s main desire is to be guaranteed game time wherever he goes. You can’t blame him – he’s massively accelerated his development in the last two years by playing all the time despite his young age, and wants to keep up the momentum.

At Chelsea of course, there can be no guarantees. He’s been offered the chance to prove himself on the club’s preseason tour, but we can only assume another striker will be signed should Romelu Lukaku leave, so backup is the best he will get with us if he stays.

That means a move – whether on loan or permanently – seems increasingly likely this summer, despite Chelsea’s lack of options up top.
