He is wanted by Barcelona and Arsenal as well, but the latter as an option now seems completely off the table and it is between Chelsea and Barcelona.

Things had gone quiet on Chelsea’s front in recent days and the last we heard was that Chelsea’s offer has been agreed by Leeds, and terms have been offered to the player but there had yet to be a response.
Now, with Barcelona still trying, Italian reporter Gianluigi Longari says that they have a deadline to present their offer to Leeds, and it is Chelsea that still have the best offer on the table as of today.

It remains to be seen whether they manage to gather the funds together in order to make an acceptable offer, of whether Chelsea now get a free run at him.
