Chelsea’s links to Serge Gnabry only appeared recently, but already we heard the idea of a move to the club dismissed by insiders who claimed that the winger’s ties to Arsenal meant he wouldn’t be interested in coming to the Blues.
Nick Purewal of the Associated Press has been quick to dismiss those ideas though, claiming that Chelsea are going to push on regardless.
That seems sensible. Players move between top clubs in the Premier League all the time now, and it’s hardly like Gnabry is a club legend with 400 appearances for the Gunners.
#ChelseaFC thought to be undeterred by suggestions Serge Gnabry not keen on a #CFC move due to Arsenal roots. Blues bosses could well test the Germany forward's resolve in that respect in eyeing further forward targets

This is still just a very vague rumour, but if I a move doesn’t happen it won’t be anything to do with the German winger’s affiliations to Arsenal.
We’re ramping up our business now, and rumours like this will come thick and fast. Whether Gnabry wants a move or not, we will be pushing to make it happen.

So far all talk !!!!!!!!!! I have learnt to not get excited about players coming, then changing their minds, and who we are after, until THE INK ON THE CONTRACT IS DRY !!!!!
