There are plenty of Chelsea players with uncertain futures right now, and many of them will be looking to sort their futures one way or another over the next few weeks.
You can certainly put striker Armando Broja in that bracket, but it has always been the case that Thomas Tuchel wanted to assess him in pre-season before he and the club make a decision on whether they will let him leave on loan, permanent, or keep him in the squad this season.
Sources on Chelsea’s pursuit of Raphael Leao, Serge Gnabry, Robert Lewandowski, and Paulo Dybala.
It looks like Broja is very keen to get a settled club now and get as much regular football as possible. And of course, that is not always possible at a club like Chelsea with the amount of star names there and competition for places.
But it’s now been confirmed that Broja is getting a chance on the pre-season tour in America, putting any immediate rumours of him leaving to bed after he failed to travel with the rest of the squad on Saturday.
