Ross Barkley offered to two Premier League clubs who have reasons to not want him

Ross Barkley has been offered to two Premier League teams as Chelsea once again to get rid of the midfielder.

The Daily Mirror today report that the both Aston Villa and his former club Everton have been offered the chance to sign the England capped Barkley by Chelsea.

Barkley spent the 2020 season with Villa, who declined making the deal permanent as he didn’t impress. Equally Everton may not want him back after he left them on the cheap to come to Stamford Bridge.

This is the time of year when Barkley is his most frustrating, as he heads off to pick up minutes in preseason with the first team while so many of our young talents miss out.

Billy Gilmour has been sent back from the US tour without touching the grass, while Barkley will continue to play.

We’re sure there’s logic to it to someone – but we sure don’t see it.
