Matteo Moretto is reporting on the slow burning Cesar Azpilicueta to Barcelona deal, and he claims that Chelsea have named their price for the defender.
According to the Italian based journalist, Chelsea’s demands are quite extreme now – a prohibitive €10m for a player well into his 30s, who has a year left on his contract.

Considering England’s most talented teenager (give or take) cost Chelsea only £20m to buy yesterday, also with a year left on his deal, the Blues demands are pretty heavy going.
On the other hand, given their struggles to find a replacement right wing back cover, they’re entitled to ask for whatever they want. If Barca want him as much as they think, they’ll find a compromise.
The Catalans are probably looking to pay €5m, and Chelsea want €10m. When (or perhaps, if) the Blues have managed to sort a replacement, the difference can easily be split.
