Rodrigo Bentancur appeared to foul Kai Havertz at the start of the move, before play went up the other end, where Jorginho tried a silly drag back and was punished for it.
There’s also the question of Richarlison, who was standing in an offside position between the goalkeeper and the strike – the commentators said he wasn’t in the way of Mendy’s vision, but it looked a lot to us like he was interfering.

Bentancur gets the ball but there was 90secs before goal, whereas Koulibaly takes Ben Davies out without touching the ball & Chelsea score directly from the foul.
