Cristiano Ronaldo to Chelsea. It just seems like one of those sagas that will carry on, but in reality, also seems like it will be near impossible for it to happen.
In the summer it was Thomas Tuchel who said no to Chelsea trying to sign the Manchester United striker, but now, in January, or next summer, it looks like owner Todd Boehly might try again with the new manager, Graham Potter.
Si & Dan Talk Chelsea report that they expect a push from Chelsea to sign Cristiano Ronaldo either in January, or in the summer. But any move will be dependent on what Potter wants, whether he would want Ronaldo in his squad, and also, what any new pending sporting director wants. Everyone’s views will be taken into account, but it looks like the Chelsea owners are still clear with what they want, and that seems to be Ronaldo!
