Graham Potter is taking his press conference ahead of the game against Leeds, and the Chelsea boss had some bad injury news for fans.
His squad was finally pretty fit, but no sooner had we celebrated that then we’ve started picking up problems.
Potter revealed today that Mason Mount will miss tomorrow’s game with a problem in his abdomen, and also that Reece James has a hamstring niggle that may keep him out.

Given the club’s determination to treat James with great care after his injuries we think it’s very unlikely he plays. Mount wasn’t starting in recent games anyway, but this kills his chances of starting a comeback tomorrow.
There are plenty of options for replacing Mount. James, as ever, is more of a challenge. With Cesar Azpilicueta’s concussion ruling him out, we’re not sure who will fill in.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek is likely to be a candidate, although Potter hasn’t been as keen on that move as Thomas Tuchel.
