Chelsea finally kicked off their long awaited multi club strategy earlier this summer when Todd Boehly and his co owners bought a majority of Strasbourg in Ligue 1.
But that is just the start. As Football Daily note in their interesting piece about Chelsea’s multi club future, the Blues intend to have many different teams on many different continents, allowing their reach to expand worldwide.
There’s no doubting it’s been a slow start to the whole operation, but things could speed up significantly once the ongoing revolution of the first team at Chelsea is complete.
