Levi Colwill took a very impressive press conference with England today, in which he was asked about his summer. It seemed from the outside like he was considering pushing for a permanent move to Brighton, where he spent last season on loan, but in the end he signed a new contact and stayed at Chelsea, where he’s now a regular.
Colwill denied that he had ever really thought about going.
“I didn’t really think about it too much… I’ve been at Chelsea since I was 9, I love the club. That was my decision and I stand by it,” he said definitively.
