Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is cautious of the big teams as his side has qualified for the round of 16 of UEFA Champions League.Â
The blues join other clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayer Munich, PSG, Juventus, Atletico Madrid in the knockout stages of the Champions League. Mourinho has therefore labeled these teams as sharks.
Chelsea secured a 3-1 home win over Sporting CP after a disappointing weekend in the Barclays Premier League.
Mourinho is quoted as saying on getwestlondon.co.uk during the post-match press conference.
“Let’s see if the sharks let us do that because there are a few sharks on the ocean.”
Even though there are still some sharks in the competition, he believes his team is well equipped for the ultimate.
“Last year we were close and we didn’t have the team playing in such a high levels as this season so we can dream with it”
