Andre Schurrle has completed his 22 million switch to German club Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga.
Schurrle, despite impressing during the World Cup for Germany and claiming to tournament-winning assist, has failed to make an impact on the Chelsea first team this season.
His first campaign in Blue was different, having joined for 18 million from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2013, he went on to enjoy some memorable moments including a hat-trick against Fulham in the Premier League.
He also claimed the key opening goal in Chelsea’s dramatic European comeback against PSG last April.

However, he has very much been a bit-part player this term and has failed to impress Mourinho during his limited opportunities.
The move looks a good deal for all parties, with the Blues using the funds to confirm the signing of Juan Cuadrado from Fiorentina in a busy Deadline Day evening at Stamford Bridge.
Everyone wishes Andre Schurrle the best in fulfilling his undoubted potential following a return to his home country.
