Hazard: I don’t care about getting kicked

Eden Hazard is undoubtedly one of the best player in the Premier League at the moment, but he is also the most fouled player in the league.

He has been fouled more than 100 times since the start of the season, and as one of the most fouled player, you’d expect him to be angry for having his legs tackled all the time, risking his career. But in fact, it doesn’t seem to bother the Belgium as he says he is used to be kicked by opponents and it motivates him to do even better.

It may sound weird, but the 24 years old takes it as an advantage when the opponents target him and he has learnt not to react.

One of his teammate, Nemanja Matic was badly tackled by a Burnley Player and reacted by pushing him on the ground, but Eden Hazard believes everyone is different, and wouldn’t react the same way.

I don’t see the point in reacting. True, it’s a human response but it is the way I have been brought up. I have been used to taking the knocks. The more I take, the happier I am.It always makes me want to outdo them but in a football way and I don’t want to make their life a misery by kicking them. I want to hurt the opponent but in terms of the football
