Luiz: I won’t celebrate out of respect

David Luiz remains a popular figure at Stamford Bridge, the Brazilian was a pleasure to watch on the pitch and gave us so many laughs of the pitch, but most importantly Chelsea fans will remember how he risked everything and played through the pain to help Chelsea land our first champions league trophy.

On the eve of our champions league match this is what the Geezer had to say.

If I score for PSG it will be nice, I want to do my best for my team but if I score against Chelsea I don’t celebrate out of respect.

I expect Luiz to get a great reception from the Chelsea faithful at the Bridge; it will be awesome to see Luiz back, although his loyalties will be with PSG.

Chelsea departed for France earlier today ahead of our Champions League game against Paris Saint-Germain tomorrow night with a strong 22 man squad.

We lost this tie 3-1 last year but with the great improvements in our squad this season I expect a better performance and a better result for the Blues.

Costa is back, Fabregas is back, Willian has improved, Hazard is creating more chances all the signs point to a very exciting match at a very fast tempo considering that Chelsea have had 6 days to relax and prepare for this game.
